The Blue-headed Hummingbird (Riccordia bicolor) is a hummingbird in the subfamily Trochilinae (mountain gems, bees and emeralds), tribe Trochilini (emeralds). It weighs about 4.5 g and its bill is 19.3 mm long. It lives in Dominica and Martinique. Its IUCN Red List status is Near threatened, with a decreasing population.
