The Santa Marta Sabrewing (Campylopterus phainopeplus) is a hummingbird in the subfamily Trochilinae (mountain gems, bees and emeralds), tribe Trochilini (emeralds). It weighs about 7.7 g and its bill is 28.5 mm long. It is found only in Colombia. Its IUCN Red List status is Critically endangered, with a decreasing population.
