The Juan Fernandez Firecrown (Sephanoides fernandensis) is a hummingbird in the subfamily Lesbiinae (coquettes and brilliants), tribe Lesbiini (coquettes). It weighs about 8.7 g and its bill is 22.6 mm long. It is found only in Chile. Its IUCN Red List status is Critically endangered, with a decreasing population.
