The Fiery Topaz (Topaza pyra) is a hummingbird in the subfamily Florisuginae (topazes). It weighs about 12.1 g and its bill is 30.4 mm long. It lives in Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Peru and Venezuela. Its IUCN Red List status is Least concern, with a decreasing population.
