The Dusky-throated Hermit (Phaethornis squalidus) is a hummingbird in the subfamily Phaethornithinae (hermits). It weighs about 3.4 g and its bill is 27.4 mm long. It is found only in Brazil. Its IUCN Red List status is Least concern, with a decreasing population.
