The Black-billed Streamertail (Trochilus scitulus) is a hummingbird in the subfamily Trochilinae (mountain gems, bees and emeralds), tribe Trochilini (emeralds). It weighs about 4.0 g and its bill is 23.2 mm long. It is found only in Jamaica. Its IUCN Red List status is Least concern.
